Re: Record in SMA Public Hearing 2024-00006 Rock Isand
At the end of today's Public Hearing, there was reference to what documents are part of the
record of the SMA hearing, and a comment that not many had been included. That comment may
have been referring only to the County and the Applicant. In case it was not, I want to point out
that on page 1 of my comments of August 14, 2025 (EXH AP-18) and of August 17, 2025 (EXH
AP-23), I included the following:
