I know it can be frustrating if you’re chipping in, but you aren’t seeing the results you want to see. Here’s what’s different about Leaders We Deserve: We are recruiting a brand new wave of young leaders to come in and fight the worst of Trump’s agenda AND show the positive, youthful, and modern direction we want for the party’s future. Think of it this way — this is our chance to reset the Democratic Party. But there’s no way around it. We cannot do this work without grassroots support. Unlike the other side, we don’t have a legion of corporatist billionaires ready to finance our efforts. There is no one waiting in the wings with a $5 million check. Instead, we’re building this movement with $5, $10, and $25 at a time. (Some folks may give more when they’re able — and at the end of the day, it all really adds up.)
