This diagram analyzes the ability to reach all corners of a building with a maximum of 150’ of hose from a fire department’s pumper truck. b.Previous iterations of this analysis were developed during the design process and presented to the East Jefferson Fire & Rescue, Office of the Fire Marshal, and the Office of the Building Official for their review and comment. 2.MSN-EMS_AT_Aerial (Turning Movement Analysis Fire – Aerial Truck) a.The turning movement analysis shows the ability of the fire department’s aerial truck to access the site. b.As requested by East Jefferson Fire & Rescue, this current iteration includes additional information about the pavement sections and their ability to support a 75,000 lb. load. c.Previous iterations of this analysis were developed during the design process and presented to the East Jefferson Fire & Rescue, Office of the Fire Marshal, and the Office of the Building Official for their review and comment. 3.Drawing MSN-EMS_AT_Pumper (Turning Movement Analysis Fire – Pumper) a.The turning movement analysis shows the ability of the fire department’s pumper trucks to access the site. As requested by East Jefferson Fire & Rescue, this current iteration includes additional information about the pavement sections and their ability to support a 75,000 lb. load. c. Previous iterations of this analysis were developed during the design process and presented to the East Jefferson Fire & Rescue, Office of the Fire Marshal, and the Office of the Building Official for their review and comment. 4. MSN-Water_08262025 (Water System Composite Plan) a. Per our understanding of the preliminary plat submission requirements the water system layout (with hydrant locations) is show as part of a comprehensive utility plan that appears in Exhibit 3 - Preliminary Plat and Associated Site Plans. b. We are providing the attached stand-alone water system plan as it may make the layout easier to understand. c. Please note that the water system design began late in 2023 and the process involved – 1. Multiple meetings, discussions, and coordination with the Jefferson County Public Utility District which will own and operate the system. 2. Multiple meetings with, presentations to, and reviews by DCD, the Office of the Fire Marshal, the Office of the Building Official, East Jefferson Fire & Rescue, and the Department of Public Works.
