The Jefferson County Noxious Weed Control Board is a fantastic partner helping keep State Parks in Jefferson County free of noxious weeds. From Fort Flagler and Fort Worden to Dosewallips, State Parks are part of what make Jefferson County a vibrant place to live. The County Noxious Weed Control Board plays a vital role in stewarding these parks for current and future generations. Weeds don’t care about the scarce resources that we often operate with. Partnering with the dedicated staff at the Noxious Weed Control Board ensures the most efficient use of limited funds to have the biggest impact controlling weed infestations in our parks. Their expertise and dedication is an invaluable resource.
