Public Works has the following addiƟonal comments regarding the pending SUB2025-00012, Mason Street Neighborhood project- SUB2025-00012 project proponent, Habitat for Humanity and their consultant team have not resolved Public Works’ comments about proposed parking, pedestrian faciliƟes, and stormwater within Mason Street County right of way. These issues were raised early and communicated to the proponent and consultant team in several meeƟngs with County staff. These issues need to be resolved prior to preliminary plat approval. These approaches will need to meet our current requirements for major approaches. • Any utility work or other type of work done in the right-of-way will require a utility permit or general permit from Public Works.
