Mary Jean Ryan
STATEMENT OF ISSUE:
The Peninsula Housing Authority (PHA) has one unexpired term that will expire on September 9, 2027.
Staff advertised the position, and one application was received on August 7, 2025.
ANALYSIS:
During the September 16, 2025, Peninsula Housing Authority meeting,the board made a motion to approve
the appointment of the applicant, Mary Jean Ryan. The motion was passed. She will serve the remainder of
the unexpired term.
RECOMMENDATION
Peninsula Housing Authority members and County staff recommend that the Board approve the following:
• Mary Jean Ryan—Serving an unexpired term ending on September 6, 2027.
