Hi Chad,
We are currently working on a project at Point Whitney and yesterday Michelle and I had to attend a
public hearing to obtain our permits. One of the items the hearing examiner requested was the
“documentation of ownership”. I am assuming the deed that is on LIS would be the correct
documentation, but I wanted to confirm with you prior to making that part of the public record for
the project. Please let Michelle and I know if you have any questions.
