Thank you for your comments on the Point Whitney Redevelopment project. WDFW has your
comments.
Regarding comments submitted to Lisa Wood, SEPA Responsible Official, we acknowledge your
comments on water quality and the watershed resources unit. Erosion control measures and BMPs
will be in place before any site work commences. There will not be a discharge of sediment-laden
water to waters of the state. WDFW understands the requirements for construction stormwater
general permit requirements. If any contaminants are found on-site, Ecology will be notified.
We appreciate your time in review of this project. If you have any further comments or questions,
please do not hesitate to contact WDFW.
