NOTICE OF CANCELLATION OF PUBLIC HEARING

ISSUANCE DATE: September 19, 2025
Please be advised that the public hearing for the Mason Street Neighborhood proposal,
a Type III land use application for a unit lot subdivision, originally scheduled for
September 26, 2025, at 10:00a.m at the Jefferson County Courthouse, has been
cancelled.
A new date for the continuation of this public hearing has not yet been determined.
Notification of the rescheduled date and time will be provided once confirmed.
