Hi Carolyn,
Not trying to be overwhelming or pushy but thought I would make sure this is on your radar: It looks like this email from ‘adleorocks’ still needs to be added to the Correspondence
file for Rathvon file before next week Monday.
Donna

Hi Donna – following up, is this something on your radar? I dropped this into Laserfiche under a correspondence folder, in the event this wasn’t brought up during the hearing, which
is now continued. Thanks!

Re: Type II Land Use Application # SDP 2023-00020 Rathvon Appeal
The property in question is owned by Richard Rathvon, and is located at 660 Twana Way, Quilcene
We are property owners who live on the Twana Way road. We are writing to reiterate our position stated in our letter of Sept 25, 2024 addressed to Project Coordinator Donna Frostholm.
Our concern is that the documents filed in the Rathvon permit application do not mention the impact of the proposed construction on the road.
Twana Way is a narrow dirt road and we are concerned that the construction vehicles used in the proposed development may cause significant damage to the road. As part of the application
permit appeal process, we request that consideration be given to said damage and, therefore, that Mr. Rathvon shall be held accountable for returning the road to its current condition
(as of September 2025). We do not feel that we should have to bear any costs for fixing issues to the road caused by the construction.
Thank you for your consideration of our concern with the Rathvon construction permit application appeal.
Regards,
Suzanne Hawley, Sam Hawley, Jana Hawley, Sue (Hawley) Sigmen, Teresa (Hawley) Kobzan
