These adjustments, approved by the JTA Board of Directors in August, are the result of a comprehensive operational analysis and extensive community engagement. The goal is to improve efficiency, expand coverage, and better align transit services with community needs. Service will be streamlined into a single counterclockwise loop operating every 20 minutes. The current 11B loop will be discontinued, and the route will be renamed 11 Shuttle.
