Questions:
Will land use be approved on a case by case basis, with allowances made for odd-shaped
properties?
Will restricted use/reduced value be reimbursed under eminent domain rules?
Will taxes be reduced to reflect the above?
Will we receive easily understood copies of the final version?
Where county runoff goes through private land, will assistance be given for
erosion/contamination mitigation?
Will I need a permit to remove a tree that threatens a structure, blocks a view, etc.?
