Dear Board of County Commissioners,
It has come to my attention that another proposal applicant has submitted letters of support after the September 10th proposal deadline and those letters have been presented to the LTAC
Board.
In my role as Executive Director for the North Hood Canal Chamber I too had requested some letters of support. I did ask if these letters could be submitted on the 30th but was informed
that it wouldn’t be fair to others and the answer was no as the deadline had passed, which I fully understood and accepted.
Attached are what in my view are our two most important support letters. It is my request that these two letters of support for the Chamber’s LTAC proposal be presented to the LTAC board
even if they are after the September 10th deadline.
