Shoreline Master Plan Updates, for Jefferson County
It could be said that I don't have a dog in this fight, being as the nearest water to my property, is a creek.
That creek is at least a few hundred yards away.
With the recession we are all experiencing, government should be conserving. This whole thing sounds like
a costly venture to me.
First, people who lose property or the use of property, need to be compensated.
Second, we will lose tax revenue from the re-designated land.
Then, there's the cost of the legal fight, sure to come.
