Lodging Tax Advisory Committee(LTAC)
Special Meeting Minutes July 11,2025— 12:30 p.m.
Jefferson County Courthouse—
Commissioners' Chambers 1820 Jefferson
Street, Port Townsend, WA(HYBRID)
Members: Chair Heather Dudley-Nollette, Dan Ventura, Amy Neil, Kevin Wooley and Tara
McCauley
Staff: LTAC Clerk Carolyn Gallaway
CALL TO ORDER: Chair Dudley-Nollette called the Special LTAC meeting to order at the
appointed time. Members Neil,Ventura, Wooley and McCauley attended the meeting.
INTRODUCTION OF MEMBERS: Chair Heather Dudley-Nollette invited LTAC members to
introduce themselves.
PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD: Chair Dudley-Nollette opened the floor for public comments,
and no comments were received.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES: Special Meeting Minutes of November 22 and 26,2024: Chair
Dudley-Nollette noted corrections to the draft minutes. Clerk Gallaway requested that the
minutes be pulled and approved at a future meeting.
DISCUSSION re: LTAC Timeline and Meeting Schedule: Chair Dudley-Nollette shared the
Lodging Tax Funding timeline and LTAC members made edits to the document.
DISCUSSION re: Draft By-Laws: This item was tabled for a future meeting to allow more
time to work on RFP.
DISCUSSION re: Request for Proposal(RFP) process for 2025 and packet: Chair Dudley-
Nollette shared the RFP document and LTAC members made edits.
FUTURE MEETING AGENDA ITEMS: Another special meeting sometime in the next two
weeks.
CLOSING REMARKS: Not discussed.
ADJOURNMENT: Chair Dudley-Nollette adjourned the meeting at 2:34 p.m. until the next
regular or special meeting as properly noticed.
