Disabilities Advisory Board (IDDAB); Member, Steve Kemper
STATEMENT OF ISSUE:
Jefferson County Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities Program requests appointment of applicant Steve
Kemper to the Jefferson County Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities Advisory Board (IDDAB).
ANALYSIS/STRATEGIC GOALS/PROS and CONS:
The Jefferson County Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities Advisory Board (IDDAB) voted at their
regular meeting on September 23, 2025, to recommend that the Jefferson County Board of County
Commissioners (BOCC) appoint Steve Kemper to the IDDAB.
FISCAL IMPACT/COST BENEFIT ANALYSIS:
None.
RECOMMENDATION:
JCPH management requests approval of the appointment of Steve Kemper to the Jefferson County
Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities Advisory Board (IDDAB).
