Screening shall meet the requirements of Unified Development Code (UDC) Section 6. Outdoor storage of thirteen (13) or more unlicensed or inoperable vehicles is prohibited except in those districts where specified as an automobile wrecking yard or junk (or salvage) yard and allowed as a Permitted Use in Table 3-1 of the UDC, and such storage shall meet the requirements of UDC Section 4.10.
