Develop a talent pipeline!
One of the many benefits of becoming an AmeriCorps partner is developing a talent pipeline of future professionals in your field. Brinnon School District started with one AmeriCorps
member in 2017. This year, they have six AmeriCorps members supporting their students and community. Through a commitment to the workforce development of their AmeriCorps members,
they have now hired four of their AmeriCorps alumni.
