ATTN farmers - NOP Soil Amendment Practices Survey Responses due by 10/15 <https://mcusercontent.com/360ae1ff3a734621548b3598b/images/00c27ced-b80d-3cdc-c695-e24533b57470.jpg> The North Olympic Resilience Initiative (NORI), a project incubated by the Community Wellness Project. NORI is gathering information from farms in Jefferson and Clallam Counties about soil amendment practices– compost, manure, lime, minerals, and more– to support long-term soil fertility and reduce reliance on imported inputs. The goal is to center farmer voices and create more opportunities to prepare for long-term changes in agriculture. The survey is short (about 10–15 minutes) and flexible. NORI would love to connect by phone or a quick visit, but if you prefer to get it done right away, you can also fill it out online here: https://form.typeform.com/to/nlNz09Zm <https://wsu.us19.list-manage.com/track/click?u=360ae1ff3a734621548b3598b&id=cce7265067&e=bae7ffec58> . Your input will directly help shape regional planning. As a small thank-you, the first 20 farms to respond will receive a $20 gift card to either the Chimacum Corner Farmstand or The Pine and Eight Market in Port Angeles. New!
