In that time Ecology has approved their General Sewer Plan and the Engineering Report for the wastewater treatment plant. We also accepted a discharge permit application from them. I had reviewed the documents you sent and did not see anything new or anything the Ecology wastewater team needed to comment on. Pleasant Harbor Master Planned Resort still owes us plans and specifications for the wastewater treatment system for our review and approval, and Ecology would need to issue a permit for the wastewater treatment system prior to start-up. As I mentioned, Jefferson County received a request for preliminary plat approval for the Pleasant Harbor Master Planned Resort (PHMPR) project on the Black Point peninsula in the Brinnon community. The project address is 308913 US Hwy 101, Brinnon, WA 98320. As an affected agency, we are requesting the Department of Ecology’s review and comments on the project proposal.
