Concerning the taking that your defacto organization is proposing for your SMP.
Go to: http://www.crtf.org/fraud.html and find the 1878 1889 constitutional fraud
controversy.
Find RCW 0.00 which is the defacto constitution of the STATE OF WASHINGTON INC.
Note that all of the RCW's are based on the defacto 1889 constitution.
The 1878 constitution is the only constitution in the archives in Washington DC and is
certified.
Now if you assume that the Homeland Security Zone of 100 mile jurisdiction which suspends
the constitution
gives you the right to proceed then realize that 911 (on which the Patriot Act and Homeland
Security was founded)
is a provable fraud and remember that and you are acting legally but
Fraud vitiates a contract
not lawfully.
