Also please note I had previously been using calendar days to calculate our review timeline, but I should have been using
business days per the Future Staffing Agreement. Future review timelines will correctly reflect business days.

Good afternoon John,
Per Mr. JT Cooke's 12/1/2023 conversation with Mr. Philip Hunsucker, we understand the PHMPR team is requesting an
extension to the review timeline stipulated in the Future Staffing and Consultant Agreement for the Pleasant Harbor
Master Planned Resort ("Future Staffing Agreement") to allow a meeting to discuss Jefferson County's initial findings and
review comments on the preliminary plat application.
The Future Staffing Agreement requires the Contract Planner to make good faith efforts to return comments or requests
for corrections on PHMPR applications within 20 business days of receipt. Jefferson County received your preliminary
plat application on November 20, 2023, and comments would be due by December 18, 2023. Further, JCC 18.40.110(1)
requires a determination of completeness or incompleteness to be issued within 28 calendar days after receiving an
application; the deadline for this determination would also be December 18, 2023. Your team's request for an extension
will apply to both the Future Staffing Agreement and the provisions in JCC 18.40.110. The review timeline will be
extended to December 22, 2023.
