Please take this e-mail as the written request for an extension to our response period for the completeness letter you
send us 12-21-2023. I request that we be granted an extension until April 1, 2024, for our formal response.

Good morning John,
We've received your written request for an extension to respond to our Determination of Incompleteness dated December
21, 2023. Pursuant to JCC 18.40.110(3), an applicant has 90 days to respond or submit a written request for additional
time. Your request was submitted within the required timeframe and is APPROVED. Please submit the information
requested in the Determination of Incompleteness by April 1, 2024. If you need additional time, please submit a new
written request prior to this deadline.
