Determination of Complete Application
Dear Mr. Holbert:
Jefferson County received the Pleasant Harbor Marina and Golf Resort, LLP (“PHMPR”) preliminary plat
application on November 20, 2023, and received additional information on November 22, 2023. We
issued a Determination of Incomplete Application on December 21, 2023, with a list of information
necessary to make the application complete. PHMPR submitted responsive information on March 25,
2024. Upon review of the responsive materials, Jefferson County has determined that PHMPR’s
application is complete under JCC 18.40.110. Pursuant to JCC 18.40.110(6), this determination does
not preclude Jefferson County from requiring correction, clarification, or additional information about the
project.
Jefferson County will issue a Notice of Application for the project within 14 days of the date of this
determination. The Notice will conform to applicable requirements set forth in Article III of Chapter 18.40
