I would like to go on record to protest the 150 foot setback regulation in the above document.
To my mind this is unreasonable and will render most shoreline properties in Jefferson County, and Port Ludlow in
particular, worthless. This, in turn, will have a negative effect on the tax base.
Most shoreline lots in the Master Planned Resort are not even 150 feet deep.
I would be against adopting the amended document on that basis alone.
