Dear Mr. Stewart:
Please excuse the brevity and lack of specificity of this response. At the age of 90.7 my performance seldom keeps pace
with my mind.
I sincerely recommend that this SMP be returned to the county as a draft, subject to extensive revision in favor of the
general public that the government is intended to represent. This is not meant to be a hostile remark to you, Mr.
Stewart, rather a summary statement for the record pending further detailed review of this massive document, which in
turn appears to be hostile to us.
A n urgent personal matter calls me away at this minute, but I shall send a further submission promptly.
