Dear Mr. Stewart; Having a 150 foot setback from my shoreline, wetland, and Class II stream running through my five
acres leaves me the princely sum of 1000 square feet (Of 250,000 sq. ft.) not covered by these setbacks. This makes
about as much sense as castrating all newborn males to prevent teenage pregnancys in the future. Simple as that.
