Dear Commissioners,
I am writing to express my strong opposition to the proposed Statesman Master Planned Resort. I urge
the County to reject this proposal. Itl is financially uncertain, environmentally unsound, and
incompatible with the rural character of our community. It will generate unacceptable traffic, pollution,
and safety risks while failing to deliver the amenities it promises.
For these reasons, I respectfully urge you to deny approval of the Statesman Master Planned Resort.
