I am wri6ng about my concerns over the updated npr plan. Living on Blackpoint across from the development I see no
plan to update hwy 101 and Blackpoint. This area can not handle the proposed trafic. Secondly the amount of water the
plan calls for can not handl any emergency. We have our own well and very concerned with the acquirer aCer this is
built. I do not see the developer has the funds to complete these elaborate plans and as a tax payer I do not want to be
stuck with costs if this fails. ACer all this 6me I see limited progress toward any infrastructure. The county needs to hold
the developer accountable for all infrastructure before selling any proper6es. Thank you for being diligent to rules
outlined by the court, Cindy Ger Sent from my iPhone
