I would like a response to these comments.
1. There remains no evidence that Statesman has the financial ability to complete all the parts of the Master
Planned Resort, which include a 200 room hotel and conference center, hockey rink and swimming pools.
2. Statesman continues to pursue approval of small residential lots for immediate profit apparently without
building the recreational parts of the resort.
3. Golf course plan is unrealistic, with large distances between greens and next tee.
4. Putting small lots on narrow streets is not appropriate development for this rural area (10 feet between
buildings).
5. Plan for hockey rink and soccer areas vague and unrealistic.
6. No plans for required intersection improvements at Highway 101 and Black Point Road.

7. Insufficient water to meet minimum fire flows in the event of forest and residential fires.
