Do not open attachments or click on links if you are not expecting them. Good afternoon. I am submitting the following comments that I would like to have addressed. 1. Has Statesman submitted evidence that they have the financial ability to complete all the parts of the Master Planned Resort, which include a 200-room hotel and conference center, hockey rink and swimming pools? I've known some projects that were started with the idea of selling parcels off to finance the rest project and failed to complete the project for various reasons, leaving quite a lot of issues for local government and residents to deal with. 2. Partial completement could lead to nuisances and potential for fires, crime, etc. With a fluctuating population (some of the housing being part time, plus large events, and then a big drop in population), how will Stateman provide continued funding for emergencies and security including empty homes and buildings? 3. Putting small lots on narrow streets is not appropriate development for this rural area (10 feet between buildings). What will they include for potential fire and other emergency issues?43. What are the plans for the required intersection improvements at Highway 101 and Black Point Road? 4. What is the water budget? Does Statesman have sufficient water to meet minimum fire flows in the event of forest and residential fires? 5. Did Statesman submit a plan to provide support to the County when evacuation is necessary? How will all the people who will be living there and attending events escape? Are they supporting the County in emergency responses? Is the current one officer expected to deal with all the problems that accompany the boom-and-bust population, including potential problems that come with empty homes? Thank you.
