To the Planning Department:
I am concerned about the preliminary plat proposal for the Pleasant Harbor Resort. There is no evidence that Statesman
has the financial ability to complete the resort as planned. It looks like they are wanting to sell the residential lots
without building the recreational parts of the resort. Many of the planned amenities are vague and unrealistic, like the
hockey rink, the go cart track, etc. Plans have not been filed with the DOT for the intersection improvements at Hwy
101 and Black Point Road.

Taxpayers and the county commissioners need to take care that this development has the funds to complete it so they
won’t be left with a half built resort.
