Do not open attachments or click on links if you are not expecting them. To the Planning Department: I am concerned about the preliminary plat proposal for the Pleasant Harbor Resort. There is no evidence that Statesman has the financial ability to complete the resort as planned. It looks like they are wanting to sell the residential lots without building the recreational parts of the resort. Many of the planned amenities are vague and unrealistic, like the hockey rink, the go cart track, etc. Plans have not been filed with the DOT for the intersection improvements at Hwy 101 and Black Point Road. Exhibit 65V 2 Taxpayers and the county commissioners need to take care that this development has the funds to complete it so they won’t be left with a half built resort. Joanie Hendricks Exhibit 65V
