It is illuminating to note that Jefferson County has provided me approximately 8,000 single-sided pages (digital documents) of irrelevant items, commencing from on or about March 2025
through the present, which is woefully inadequate. Unfortunately, it is clear that Jefferson County and the state of Washington -- Washington State Patrol (WSP) Troopers Christopher
J. Daigle and Casey Corey lied in open Court under oath in front of Jill Landes, Judge of Jefferson County District Court, on september 22, 2014, and subsequently allowed those same
lies to be perpetuated in from of Keith Harper, Judge of Jefferson County Superior Court (2015), specifically, by choosing not to tell the truth about the hand-written notes of Daigle
and Corey. Oddly, of particular interest is Jefferson County providing me a copy of a contract between a business and Jefferson County spelling out the terms of a contract --which dictated
that Jefferson County would need [Fluorescent Lamps and Bulbs] to be purchased, cleaned, otherwise maintained. See page C002683 - 004144 installment of the PRA response by Jefferson
County addressed to me. Please Note: Although I was seeking Sunshine through this PRA process, Jefferson County's subterfuge continues and hubris made more evident, each passing date
from the original date of my request for the hand-written notes of Daigle and Corey way back (immediately after July 25, 2014 and continuing through March of 2025).
Apparently, the Prosecuting Attorney's Office of Jefferson County takes seriously the mandate of the Public Records Act (PRA), RCW 42.56 et seq., as illustrated above and below:
RCW 42.56.030 Construction. The people of this state do not yield their sovereignty to the agencies that serve them. The people, in delegating authority, do not give their public servants
the right to decide what is good for the people to know and what is not good for them to know. The people insist on remaining informed so that they may maintain control over the instruments
that they have created. This chapter shall be liberally construed and its exemptions narrowly construed to promote this public policy and to assure that the public interest will be
fully protected. In the event of conflict between the provisions of this chapter and any other act, the provisions of this chapter shall govern. [2007 c 197 s 2; 2005 c 274 s 283; 1992

However, I still remain without the hand-written notes of Daigle and Corey. Therefore, I have taken the liberty to attach the Vetabim Report of Hearing held in from of Judge Landes --whose
conduct was mired with ageist, sexiest, and racist remarks --which had no place in seemingly mundane task whether I was "driving too slow" on July 25, 2014.
