This is a request for a Cousins Notice associated with my Public Records Act (PRA) request submitted to Jefferson County on or about March 21, 2025. Specifically, Jefferson County has
already provided voluminous documents (electronic documents) which --unfortunately, is not necessarily responsive to my request for records in particular, the hand-written notes created
and transmitted to Jefferson County District Court on or about July 25, 2014, or soon thereafter. Namely, on September 22, 2014, Washington State Patrol (WSP) troopers: Christopher
J. Daigle and Casey Corey testified under oath in front of Judge Jill Landes, Jefferson County District Court, as to the existence of the hand-written notes that Daigle and Corey identified
as being created on July 25, 2014.
The attached documents may be instructive in determining what I am specifically looking for, which was not provided by Jefferson County, hence, this Notice. It is presumed that both
Jefferson County and Raju A.T. Dahlstrom may have exhausted (their) efforts to locate the hand-written notes by Daigle and Corey on or about July 25, 2014.
