On Oct. 8, 2025, during its regularly scheduled meeting, the Liquor and Cannabis Board (LCB) took the following action:

Hours of Operations – Final Rules Adopted – Effective Oct. 11, 2025
At the Sept. 10, 2025 Board meeting, the Board adopted final rules (CR 103) to amend WAC 314-02-045 <https://links-2.govdelivery.com/CL0/https:%2F%2Fapp.leg.wa.gov%2Fwac%2Fdefault.aspx%3Fcite=314-02-

must be open to the public to maintain their alcohol licenses. The change reduced the requirement from three days to two days per week.
