y daughter is no longer living in Port Townsend, and I believe the intention is NOT to follow through with

This email is a final follow-up to letters that have been sent by myself and the building department requesting
additional information for the plans on the proposed ADU for Katherine. Several attempts (via letter) have
been made requesting additional information that have been ignored. The last letter was mailed on 4/26/06 of
which the information was to be submitted by July 25, 2006. (Technically, lack of submittal of the information
expired the permit).
This is a last attempt to obtain the requested information.
A voice message was left on Katherine's phone (410-570-8057) this morning requesting status of the permit.
I am also emailing you as her representative to see if and/or when the information will be provided or if you
choose to withdraw this application.
If I don't not hear back from you by August 4, 2006, the permit will automatically be cancelled.
