My name is Melissa Chittenden, my husband Jason and I own one of the Pleasant Harbor Beach Track property parcels. Our property directly abuts to the resort property. We are in FULL
support of the property development, and know that there is a direct connection between the work they do and a possible impact to our property. We are disappointed with all the delays
and urge the County to start letting this development proceed. The Statesman Group has done remarkable work to satisfy ALL the constituent questions and requirements.
