Join WSAC and your peers this Monday to discuss Engrossed Substitute House Bill (ESHB) 1946, effective July 27, 2025, that requires the State Board of Health (Board) to clarify its Local
Board of Health (LBOH) composition rules and timelines for including Tribal representation on LBOHs (chapter 246-90 WAC). Join the State Board of health to learn more about their process,
engagement and stakeholdering, and provide initial feedback into this rulemaking. Counties with expanded local boards of health are encouraged to attend!
