STATEMENT OF ISSUE:
On October 8, 2025, Stephen Chappuis of the Solid Waste Advisory Committee, Jefferson County District
#2 Citizen representative, stated his intention to resign from his position on this committee. His term will
expire on September 6, 2026. He was first appointed to this committee on July 10, 2023.
RECOMMENDATION
Accept the SWAC resignation for Jefferson County District#2 Citizen representative, Stephen Chappuis,
and sign the thank you letter for committee service.
