Please find attached our coalition letter requesting that the City pause the November 3 removal at Evans Vista until a lawful, permitted, and accessible site is open and staffed under
PTMC 17.62. We appreciate the current coordination efforts and are asking for a short, practical pause so people are not dispersed into greater danger as winter begins. The attached
letter outlines clear steps the City can take now, and our coalition stands ready to assist with coordination and on the ground support.
