This healthy looking elephant seal took a breather on the Burner Point Beach two days ago. In the last two years we have had Orcas swimming in Port Ludlow Harbor in very shallow water
and now an elephant seal which do not normally travel in these waters. Looking forward to the new anchoring amendment lessening the chances that they would be covered in fuel oil.
