Jeremy Simmons, the Brinnon and Tri-Area Community Centers manager, mentioned that OlyCAP's contract for managing the Brinnon, Quilcene, and Tri-Area community centers is up for bid.
I am reaching out as the Jefferson County Library mobile services currently uses the Brinnon and Quilcene community centers to provide services in those areas.
Should OlyCAP not be awarded the contract, do you know if this would impact JCL's ability to provide services in the community centers?
