SPECIAL CONDITIONS FOR CI t BLD05-00490
1.) This proposal shall be constructed substantially in compliance with the approved designs
for SDP 04-46 and the conditions of approval.
2.) The project shall adhere to the Best Management Practices (BMPs) to control stormwater,
erosion and sediment during construction. BMPs shall address permanent measures to
stabilize soil exposed during construction, and in the design and operation of stormwater
and drainage control systems.
3.) A Stormwater Plan has been submitted and approved by the Department of Community
Development. Once the subject permit has been issued the applicant shall fully
implement the provisions of the submitted plan and contact the Jefferson County
Department of Community Development to arrange a schedule to inspect the property for
plan compliance. A Certificate of Occupancy will not be issued until the Department
verifies plan compliance. No clearing for roadways or utilities shall occur on the project
site until clearing necessary for the installation of temporary sedimentation and erosion
control measures have been completed.
4.) In addition to Jefferson County permit conditions, the project proponent shall comply with
all conditions set forth by the Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife through
Hydraulic Project Approval.
5.) No fill or other material may be placed in the waters or intertidal areas of Jefferson
County.
6.) This permit does not authorize the removal of any large conifer trees. Non-native and
invasion species along with small damaged/unhealthy trees can be removed provided they
are replaced with native vegetation. The removal of vegetation and the limbing of trees
shall be done in conformance with the Geotechnical Report completed by Geotech
Consulting, Inc. dated December 10, 2004.
7.) All lumber and other materials treated with preservatives shall be sufficiently cured to
minimize leaching into the water or shore bed, in accordance with the Best Management
Practices (BMP) approved by the Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife (WDFW).
8.) This proposal shall be completed in compliance with the approved Eagle Managment plan
&the Geotechnical Report completed by Geotech Consulting, Inc. dated December 10,
2004 prepared for this property.
9.) Deck structure over the beach is a platform only, with no additional structures for boat
storage or other uses.
