This memo follows our visit on May 2, 2007 ;o observe conditions around the completed acr:e!3s,
dwelling unit (ADU) and the tram for beach access. Construction of the main residence has r.c:
begun yet. At the time of our arrival the detached ADt.; and the cable supported tram 4, :se-
complete.
Based on our observations of the completed work ,t appears to have been conducted ;;e::,_:.a
accordance with the recommendations which we made in our December 10, 2004 letter_ '':-:�;;';c,:..r.:
construction work has not significantly disturbed the steep slope and conditions on the °>:,,�<
essentially unchanged since our last visit in December of 2004. The completed cons .c :r: :_
not appear to have adversely affected slope stability.
