HomeMy WebLinkAbout102325 RE_ Mason Street Hearing Examiner Case (SUB2025-00012) - Request Pursuant to Second Prehearing Conference OrderDear Office of the Hearing Examiner: This request comes pursuant to Hearing Examiner Ehrlichman’s Second Prehearing Conference Order (Order) dated October 21, 2025. According to Section 8, page 4, of the Order, Applicant is specifically required to provide full-size hard copies of the plat and SDP to the Office of the Hearing Examiner consistent with JCC 18.35.280 <https://www.codepublishing.com/WA/JeffersonCounty/#!/JeffersonCounty18/JeffersonCounty1835.html> (4). DCD formally submits the attached signed letter from DCD Code Administrator Greg Ballard dated October 22, 2025, waiving this requirement for printed hard copies of the plat and SDP. According to the Order, parties seeking any changes to the Order must do so in a signed letter or motion. DCD respectfully requests review of the attached signed letter seeking to change the Order by waiving the hard copy requirement. DCD is mindful of the November 4th deadline, and kindly requests a response with sufficient time to coordinate with Applicant accordingly, in the event that this request is denied.
