Thank you, for bringing this to my attention. I see that the system was configured with a limit of 300 pages, IT has looked into the system settings and increased it to 1000. In doing
so, there will be increased time to both render and export larger documents. I also want you to be aware that we currently have an upgrade of Laserfiche Weblink used by the public scheduled
for November 26th. The current weblink, though an unsupported version, is functioning as designed.

Attempting to access the 2026 budget document for the Special Meeting of the BoCC held Oct. 21, I ran into this error:
This is likely yet another symptom of the unsupported, many-versions-out-of-date LaserFiche web viewer that public is forced to use.
When posting information in that system, staff should be aware of this constraint and break up long documents into digestible parts so that the public can access the information that
is being discussed at public meetings.
