MINUTES
Jefferson County Finance Committee
Regular Meeting – July 28, 2025, 3:00 p.m.
Courthouse, Commissioners’ Chambers
1820 Jefferson Street, Port Townsend, WA
CALL TO ORDER: Treasurer Stacie Prada called the meeting to order in the presence of,
Commissioner Greg Brotherton, Auditor Brenda Huntingford, Commissioner Heather Dudley-
Nollette, County Administrator Josh Peters.
PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD: Finance Committee Chair Prada called for public comments,
and no comments were received.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES: Commissioner Brotherton moved to approve the April 28, 2025
Finance Committee minutes. Auditor Huntingford seconded the motion. The motion carried.
DISCUSSION re: Treasurer’s Report 2nd Quarter 2025 covering County and District debt
and investments: FC Chair Prada reviewed the county and district investment and debt reports,
and answered questions posed by the Board.
DISCUSSION re: Authorized signers for bank accounts in the Treasurer’s Office:
Commissioner Brotherton moved to approve signers to the Treasurer’s Office bank accounts.
Auditor Huntingford seconded the motion. The motion carried
FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS: No items were discussed.
NOTICE OF ADJOURNMENT: Chair Prada adjourned the Finance Meeting and posted the
Notice of Adjournment at 3:28pm.
