I hope you’re doing well. Please find attached a letter titled “Clarifying DMO Structure and Jefferson County’s Opportunity.” This letter is sent with unanimous approval of our board
and is intended as public comment for the final LTAC meeting and deliberations scheduled for October 28.
Because this information is timely and directly relevant to the committee’s ongoing discussions, we respectfully request that it be forwarded to LTAC members now, rather than held for
inclusion in the final meeting packet. If you’re unable to distribute it directly, please let us know so that we may share it with the committee members individually to ensure they
receive it in advance of their final deliberations.
We appreciate your help facilitating the process and making sure the committee has access to complete and accurate context before making its recommendation to the Board of County Commissioners.
