Port Townsend Branding Initial Visit
The input sessions for the first visit to Port Townsend are focused on gathering valuable
insights from community stakeholders about the community’s brand and image.
Throughout the day, the Arnett Muldrow team will facilitate a series of themed roundtable
discussions to engage stakeholders in meaningful conversations. Each roundtable will be
approximately one hour long.
This packet is designed as a flexible guide to help structure the day, ensuring that it is both
productive for the team and beneficial for participants. While the outlined approach
provides a framework, we understand that adjustments may be necessary to best suit your
needs for the community.
Monday December 16, 2024
8:30 AM Tripp Arrives and meets with core team to discuss schedule and get oriented

9:00 AM Community Tour - Meet at Centrum parking lot, Fort Worden
11:30 AM Lunch at Gaurdhouse with Tripp – go over group lists and discuss plan for next two
days
1:00 PM Roundtable One: Health & Community Wellness / Maritime / Outdoor Recreation : at
Fort Worden USO Building
Combined groups – Natalie planning Charcuterie Platter
2:30 PM Individual Interview One: Danny Milholland : at Aldrich’s upstairs
