Hi Donna,
Can you tell me where the permitting is for the project? I am trying to get an accurate budget for time moving forward
and I am unsure how much time I will need to spend on County Permitting because I'm not sure where we are in the
process. Are we slated to have a hearing? Are there other hurdles you would anticipate?
Thanks and take care,
Chris Gourley

Hello Donna,
The mitigation area on site will be allowed to continue as a natural process area, though we are not planning on blocking
it off to public access. No fences or similar will be put up, but the area is still part of the site. Did I clear up the question
for you?
Thank you and take care,
Chris Gourley

Hi Chris,
I want to apologize for the delay in getting back to you about your shoreline application at Pt Whitney.
I made a site visit after receiving the most recent information from you, but was not able to follow up. As I recall, I think
I may have only one question for you following the site visit. The mitigation area waterward of the parking lot and picnic
table graded down to a high-energy marine shoreline environment. My question is: will natural shoreline processes be
allowed to continue in the mitigation area (e.g., erosion, natural vegetation establishment) or will this area be
maintained as a park amenity (i.e., provide public access to the beach)?
I hope to take another look at the application case file later this month, and will follow up with you then.
Regards,
Donna frosthoCm, P'WS

Hello,
Can you please provide a status on this application and permit? A sign was placed on site in November of 2021 and I did
not hear from Donna Frostholm after. Please provide next steps to move forward on the project.
Thank you,
